Why Original You?
I've spent years studying, practising and living this work.
Massage therapy taught me what the body stores.
Ancestral healing showed me that many of the struggles we carry didn't begin with us.
Breathwork changed the way I understood the nervous system.
Light Language, multidimensional healing, mediumship, shamanic and astral work opened entirely new layers of healing and remembrance.
For years these were separate pieces.
Different trainings. Different sessions. Different experiences.
Eventually I realised they were never meant to stay separate.
Because real transformation doesn't happen by working with one part of yourself.
Everything is connected.

A Note from me
When I created Original You, I wasn't trying to create another programme.
I wanted one place where everything I'd learnt could come together.
A place where people didn't have to choose between healing their nervous system, exploring their ancestry, connecting with their intuition or understanding the energetic and spiritual aspects of themselves.
Because in my experience, none of these things exist separately.
We are whole beings.
Our body, our mind, our emotions, our ancestry and our soul all influence the way we experience life.
That's how I teach.
And that's how we'll work together over these twelve weeks.
