By booking, purchasing or participating in an offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the relevant information below.

• Your name, email address, telephone number and location.
• Booking, payment and transaction information.
• Information you provide through enquiry, registration, intake or feedback forms.
• Relevant health, wellbeing or accessibility information voluntarily provided to help support your safety and participation.
• Communications sent by email, message, website form or social media.
• Marketing preferences and website usage information.
• Testimonials, photographs or recordings where separate permission has been provided.

How We Collect Information

Information may be collected through this website, Wix booking and registration forms, email, telephone, social media, event registrations, client intake forms, membership platforms, video-conferencing services and direct communication with Charlotte Unbound.

How We Use Information

Your information may be used to:

• Respond to enquiries and administer bookings.
• Deliver sessions, events, programs, training and digital resources.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Communicate important booking, safety or scheduling information.
• Provide appropriate support and modifications where relevant.
• Send updates and marketing where you have chosen to receive them.
• Improve services and fulfil legal, insurance or administrative obligations.

Sensitive and health-related information will only be collected where relevant and will be handled with care and confidentiality.

Payments and Third-Party Providers

Payments, bookings, emails, memberships and online experiences may be supported by third-party providers. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and may store information outside Australia.

Charlotte Unbound does not directly store complete credit- or debit-card details.

Information Sharing

Personal information is not sold or traded.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the business, deliver an offering, process a payment, comply with the law or protect the safety and rights of participants and others.

Information Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no online platform or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting Charlotte Unbound.

Essential communications relating to an existing booking or purchase may still be sent.

Access, Corrections and Privacy Concerns

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information held about you. You may also raise a concern about how your information has been handled.

Please email charlotteunbound@outlook.com. Your request or concern will be considered and responded to within a reasonable period.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Full payment, a deposit or an agreed payment plan may be required to secure a booking. Your place is not confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Where a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law or agreed in writing.

Different offerings may have additional terms presented during booking or enrolment. Where specific terms are provided, they form part of your agreement with Charlotte Unbound.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a private session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may result in the session being forfeited or the full session fee remaining payable.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at Charlotte Unbound’s discretion.

If you arrive late, the session may still need to finish at the scheduled time to avoid affecting other clients.

EVENT TICKETS

Event tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend.

You may transfer your ticket to another person by providing their name and contact details before the event. Please contact Charlotte Unbound before transferring a ticket.

A credit or transfer to another event may be offered at Charlotte Unbound’s discretion but is not guaranteed.

If Charlotte Unbound cancels an event, you will be offered an appropriate refund, credit or transfer. If an event is rescheduled, you will be informed of the available options.

PROGRAMS, MEMBERSHIPS AND DIGITAL RESOURCES

Please review the dates, times, inclusions and commitment before purchasing a program or digital offering.

Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once a program has commenced, live sessions have been delivered or digital content has been accessed.

Missing a live session does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund where a recording, resource or continued program access is provided.

Memberships managed through an external platform are also subject to that platform’s billing and cancellation terms.

PRACTITIONER TRAINING

Practitioner-training places are limited and require significant preparation, materials and reserved facilitator time.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the training commencement date are non-refundable for change of mind.

Requests made more than 30 days before commencement will be considered individually. Reasonable administration fees and non-recoverable costs may be deducted where permitted.

Training places may not be transferred without prior written approval.

Completion requirements, assessment expectations, attendance and certification conditions will be communicated as part of the relevant training information.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these policies excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a service has a major problem or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

WELLNESS AND PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

Charlotte Unbound offerings may include spiritual, energetic, educational, meditative, somatic, ceremonial or body-based practices.

Depending on the offering, this may include breathwork, movement, sound, meditation, energy healing, light language, ancestral exploration, intuitive guidance, bodywork, cacao or other ceremonial elements.

These experiences are intended to support personal exploration, wellbeing and spiritual development. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

No specific physical, emotional, financial, fertility, relationship or spiritual outcome is promised or guaranteed. Every person’s experience is individual.

Your participation is voluntary. You are encouraged to listen to your body, choose modifications, pause or stop an activity, or step out of the space whenever needed.

Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications, allergies, mental-health concerns or accessibility needs before participating where these may affect your safety or suitability.

If you are uncertain whether an activity is appropriate for you, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Participation may be declined or modified where Charlotte Unbound reasonably believes an activity may not be suitable or safe.

GROUP SPACES AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Participants are expected to treat others respectfully and preserve the privacy of personal experiences shared within group spaces.

Charlotte Unbound will take reasonable steps to establish respectful and confidential containers. However, the actions of other participants cannot be completely controlled or guaranteed.

Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour or serious disruption may result in removal from an event, program, membership or training without a change-of-mind refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

Photography or recording may occur at some events or programs.

Where identifiable images or recordings are intended for promotional use, participants will be informed and consent will be requested. Please notify Charlotte Unbound if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.

Participants may not record private sessions or group experiences without permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, recordings, meditations, methods, written content, training resources and other materials provided by Charlotte Unbound remain the intellectual property of Charlotte Congerton or the relevant rights holder.

Materials are provided for your personal use, or approved professional use where expressly stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, taught, distributed, uploaded or shared without written permission.

I would like to acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi people as the first nation's owners of the lands on which I live. I pay respect to their elders past, present and future, I recognize that these lands have always been a place for learning, teaching and creation.
